He has organized other Smart Cities events in cities like Medellin, Bogota, Brasilia, Shanghai, Seoul, Tel Aviv.
As former Director of Strategic Sectors at the City Council of Barcelona (2006-2011), he collaborated in the design, promotion and implementation of the strategic plan for sustainable mobility and smart city initiatives in the city of Barcelona.
Still in a close collaboration with the city of Barcelona developing strategies for international PPP.
His professional expertise in the smart cities arena includes designing and promoting private-public partnerships, fostering industrial transformation and implementing economic development initiatives.
