Ms. Nada Mogharbel – Director of Communications – KEO International Consultants
Nada is an accomplished internationally-minded communications professional with over 16 years of experience in strategic corporate communications. She is currently the Director of Communications at KEO International Consultants, an award winning and leading design, engineering and project management firm. Holding a Bachelor in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut and a post-graduate degree in Event Management from the School of Business at George Washington University in DC, she received her early training at the BBC of London and at international award-winning communications agency Weber Shandwick.
Nada is also an active member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) – UK, the Middle East Public Relations Association (MEPRA) and the Public Relations Chartered Association (PRCA) in the UAE.
Nada is a social influencer and has been a public speaker on the subject of Strategic Communications, event management and the MICE industry at a number of renowned events such as :
Nada previously held the role of Regional Communications Manager at UK consultancy firm ATKINS looking after the Middle East and Africa region. Before that she was the Head of PR & Communications in Atkins Qatar. She also previously worked as Head of Marketing & Communications at the International Bank of Qatar, Senior Communications Manager at Qatar Financial Centre and Associate Director of Communication at Georgetown University School of Foreign Services. Throughout her extensive career, Nada has lead numerous international public affairs initiatives across a range of stakeholder groups within government and the private sector.
In her earlier career, Nada was a specialized MICE expert and has lead international summits and spearheading numerous events across the globe to name a few: the 21-day American Jazz Festival in Doha, the ‘Arab Women Conference’ and the ‘Education & Change in the Arab world’ Conference’. She have facilitated lectures by the Honorable Madeleine Albright and the Honorable Colin Powell.
